After you purchase your courses, you will enter a username and password to create an administrator account. With this account, you can access the FUSION dashboard.
The dashboard allows you to issue vouchers to learners (including yourself), monitor voucher redemption and purchase new vouchers as needed. Real-time insights help you ensure learners are on track with their course progress.
What are the steps to purchasing and redeeming vouchers?
Step 1: Purchase Courses
- Select your courses and proceed to checkout.
- Complete checkout and create your administrative account, or log in if you already have one.
- Vouchers will be added to your account and are ready to be assigned immediately.
Step 2: Assign Vouchers to Learners
- Log in to your admin account and view your voucher dashboard. You will see the number of seats you have purchased in the "Remaining" column.
- Click the Invite button to send vouchers by email.
- Or select Manual to get a unique voucher link to send by email or text message.
Step 3: Track Voucher Redemption and Progress
- Learners can click the link in the invite email to create an account and access their training.
- Click the Redeemed link on your dashboard to view all redeemed vouchers and track learner progress in real time.

You can email vouchers to learners within the FUSION dashboard. Learners can click a link in the email to redeem their vouchers. They will be able to create an account or log in to an existing one to start their training.

How do I track the progress of voucher recipients?
With your administrator account, you can access the FUSION dashboard to track learner progress and completion status. What if learners lose their voucher links or don't receive them?
